Erikson Institute is a graduate school in child development. While working as an intern for Kym Abrams in Chicago, we were asked to create some layouts for an e-newsletter that they'd be publishing regularly. The newsletter was to be its own site with lots of written, video, and audio content. All of it needed to be easily accessible and sharable through social media. Because of the mass of the content, the client was concerned about how much the users were going to have to scroll to get to all of it. My solution was a site that was very contained (much like their main site, designed at Kym's shop), but where components were added to pages when needed.
